
According to the National Water Commission (Conagua), it is expected that low temperatures will continue during the early morning and dawn in Mexico City, especially in the high areas of the capital, with the thermometer marking between 0 and 5 degrees. As the morning progresses, a partly cloudy sky, fog banks, and cool to fresh weather are expected. However, by the afternoon, a mild to warm environment is predicted, with a partly cloudy sky and no rain in both the State of Mexico and Mexico City.
Regarding temperatures, it is estimated that the minimum in Mexico City will range between 8 and 10 degrees, while the maximum will be between 23 and 25 °C. On the other hand, in Toluca, the capital of the State of Mexico, a minimum of 1 to 3 degrees and a maximum of 18 to 20 degrees are forecasted. In various regions of the State of Mexico, a morning with temperatures between -5 and 0 degrees is expected, with possible frosts during the early morning of Monday. This situation will be repeated in areas of Baja California Sur, Nuevo León, San Luis Potosí, Zacatecas, Aguascalientes, Guanajuato, Michoacán, Hidalgo, Tlaxcala, Puebla, Veracruz, and Oaxaca.
Additionally, throughout the day, winds of 20 to 30 kilometers per hour are expected, with gusts of 40 to 60 kilometers per hour and dust storms in the State of Mexico and Mexico City. In terms of precipitation, rains, showers, and snowfalls are forecasted in different regions of the country due to the presence of cold front No.24 combined with a low-pressure channel in the Gulf of Mexico.
Intense rains are expected in the northeast, east, and southeast of the country, as well as showers and isolated rains in Coahuila, Nuevo León, and Puebla. Snowfalls, sleet, or freezing rain are also expected in mountainous areas of Coahuila, Nuevo León, and Tamaulipas, along with strong wind gusts of up to 110 kilometers per hour in Baja California, as well as strong to very strong winds in other regions of the country.
